The Dormy Restaurant is the clubhouse restaurant where hungry golfers and hotel residents can eat outside of the main Gleneagles Hotel complex. It has panoramic views across the famous Gleneagles’ golf courses and boasts a large choice of food.
The menu features staple British fare such as Scotch beef, burgers, fish and chips. There is a limited selection of beers and ales to quench the thirst along with a wide selection of wines. This being Gleneagles, the prices are commensurately on the high end of the scale. Whilst the Dormy is big on views and atmosphere, it comes up somewhat short on being a top class place for fine dining. Service is of a good level and it just may be the biggest golf clubhouse that you will experience.
