At the Swiss Laundry, you get the feeling that the staff understand that your garments can be extremely important to you, and sometimes sentimental.
Their web site states: “We genuinely care, and strive to deliver the highest possible customer service to you, and the best quality clean & finish for your items. Our experienced Customer service team will happily talk to you about the options for cleaning your garments.”
In our experience of using the Swiss Laundry, this appears to be the case.
The shop obviously has a lot going on at the back and the long counter at the front of the shop is where people are served by friendly staff. They have a loyalty scheme which will be useful for regular customers, too.
